The Process
Four simple steps. Zero guilt. Your wardrobe keeps moving — just in a new direction.
Mail your pre-loved Koana pieces back to us using our prepaid return label — available in your account or by emailing us directly. Any condition accepted. No judgment, no minimum.
Every returned piece is reviewed by hand. Pieces in great condition go straight to Renew resale. Pieces with wear are responsibly repaired, upcycled, or — as a last resort — recycled through our fabric partners.
Every resellable piece is freshly cleaned, steamed, and re-tagged with a Koana Renew label. It arrives to its next owner like new — because to them, it is.
Returned pieces are listed in our (Renew) shop at reduced prices. You receive a $10 Koana credit per piece returned — redeemable on anything in the store, new or renewed.

The fashion industry is one of the world's largest polluters. By keeping our pieces in circulation longer, we reduce what ends up in landfill — one return at a time.
Renew isn't just a feel-good program. Every piece that comes back either goes to a new home, gets repaired, or gets responsibly broken down. Nothing is wasted without purpose.

We accept almost everything — but here's what you need to know.
Questions
Email us at contact@koanacloset.com with your order number and the subject line "Renew Return" and we'll send your prepaid label within 24 hours. You can also request one through your account if you have one.
Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit is applied to your account within 3–5 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's ready to use.
Yes — your $10 credit can be applied to anything in our store, including sale items, new arrivals, and pieces already listed in the (Renew) shop. No restrictions.
Pieces with too much wear to resell are either repaired and upcycled into new one-of-a-kind items, or sent to our fabric recycling partners. Nothing goes to landfill if we can help it.
No limit — send as many as you'd like. Each eligible piece earns you a separate $10 credit. The more you return, the more you save on your next order.
The (Renew) collection is listed right here on koanacloset.com and updated regularly as pieces come in. Stock is limited — each piece is one of a kind, so when it's gone, it's gone.
