Free Ground Shipping is available on all orders over $100 within the United States.
Local Advantage: Koana Closet is proudly based in Encino, California. If your shipping address is located within Southern California or nearby regions, you can expect exceptionally fast transit times due to your proximity to our fulfillment center.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some items cannot be shipped to certain international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select at checkout.
Return Policy
You may return NON-SALE items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns must be returned with their original tags attached and in unworn, pristine condition.
If more than 7 days have passed since your delivery date, you will be granted store credit only for your return.
We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Our Sale items are strictly FINAL SALE and non-refundable.
- Sanitary items, intimates, and Jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons.
- If a promo code, price adjustment, or discount is used on your purchase, those items can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. No returns will be accepted without an official RA# (Return Authorization Number).
Promo Codes & Discounts
Promo codes, such as new customer discounts, seasonal sales, or any special sale codes, may only be used on FULL PRICED items unless stated otherwise. If a promo code or discount is used on your purchase, the resulting items can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
